Missing junk mail folder on my iPhone 8
I’ve checked my outlook account and have a junk mail folder there but it’s missing on my iPhone
It’s frustrating as I’m missing e-mails

Remove and add the account again using ‘Outlook.com’ option in Add Account menu.
If still no Junk folder is appearing in Mail, and it’s only affecting your Outlook account but not other! contact outlook support for help and ask why junk folder it doesn’t mirror why other mailboxes are working fine.
