Safari error and reload when watching Netflix

Does anyone experience the issue of screen freeze for few seconds first in full screen, then Safari error and reload automatically when watching Netflix? The issue always occur on my 2020 upgraded MBP 13 highest spec. Doesn't occur on my 2015 MacBook and 2019 MBP 13 highest spec.


All of three devices above have the latest Catalina 10.15.5 installed. I tried reinstall the OS but issue still remains.

Thanks for contacting Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your MacBook Pro is freezing while streaming content on Netflix. You've recently updated and reinstalled the OS. Does this issue also occur when streaming content from other sources? You also mentioned a Safari error. What does the error state?


If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues
