I m facing a problem in my iPhone 11 of automatically restarting it...shown it in the authorised service centre thrice but they said that it's a software issue & u need to update it from our store. I did the same 2 times and when it occured 3rd time I send it to higher authorities for checking & they said there's no proble, your phone is perfectly fine.Whereas I do have a video proof of hanging and automatically restarting the phone but still they are refusing to replace my device.
