Hi, I have lost the small adapter that came with my Apple Pencil that is used to connect the pencil to a lighting cable to charge. Does anyone know how I go about getting a replacement as I’m unable to find them on the apple website?

If you have an Apple Store near you, you might pay them a visit. Otherwise, you can certainly get a suitable replacement part from Amazon.
You can just charge it through the lightning port on the iPad if you do not manage to find a replacement one

For precisely the same reason that the Pencil Cap - that protects the Lightning connector - is similarly not available as spare part. There are many individual small parts, across a wise range of individual products, that are not individually available.
