i have an offline disabled iphone

i`ve been disabled from my iphone. it is also offline so i cant access verification codes either


iPhone 7, iOS 13

I don't see what verification codes have to do with anything at this point.


You need to restore iOS using your computer.


Follow the instructions here --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
