Can my child create a shared photo album when using Screen Time Restrictions - we don’t get the invite

I have setup my daughter with her own AppleID, and enabled Screen Time restrictions which i manage.

She has created a couple of Shared iPhoto Albums, and invited us (her invite tab still shows us as Invited). But none of us have received the invitations (I’ve resent a couple a few times to no avail).

Is there some Screen Time restriction that is blocking this? Is there something else?

Any help would be most welcome, she is eager to share her photos with family and friends!

As a test, try turning off the Screen Time restrictions and see if the invite will go through.

And so, turned off her ScreenTime and... no, the invites still didn’t go through (even clicked Resend a few times), and... no ScreenTime doesn’t remember the previous settings so I had to set everything up again.

So, any further ideas, to get her invites to actually send?

Thanks for replying. If i turn off Screen Restriction to test, and then enable it again, will it remember or forget all the settings i had set for her account?
