what is difference between airpods for $159 versus $199

Three types of AirPods are reflected on the Apple.com site. I'm not prepared to spend the money on the Pros at this time, but for the life of me, I cannot discern the difference between the other two, one at $159 and the other at $199. Can someone help me out here?
