So i have an xs max that is cracked on the front and the frame is cracked luckily i have apple care plus so i was wondering if this took one or both of my accidental damage claim as the person on support wasnt the best at explaining it, as i would've thought it would cost £79 for a new device and this would take one of my claims rather than both the back isnt cracked just somehow the frame is cracked
Any help would be super helpful

It is one claim and they will replace the entire phone. You will have one left.
If there is frame damage then the entire phone will have to be replaced after you pay your deductible.
but with apple care plus i have 2 accidental damage repairs the guy on the call said that the it will cost 2 or maybe one but i thought it was claim to replace the entire phone rather than 2 claims on 2 separate damages
