In Disk Utility Highlight the Card, in File Menu choose New Image From...>the Card, when done eject the card, insert new card, Restore the DMG tyou made to the new card.

Or just make a New folder in Finder, copy all the files from the Card to that folder, then open that folder And copy all thise files to the new Card.
