Phone disabled

My phone is disabled how do i get back in it without erasing my info on the phone

You can’t, if it is showing the disabled message it has already gone into recovery mode and the data is gone. You will have to rely on your backup.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
