The emoji are from the Unicode standard, and that standard has been updated various times over recent years.

The black heart emoji has been around for several years, and was added to IOS 10. If you’re running iOS 10 or later, you’ll have that emoji.

The white heart was added to Unicode in 2019, so it’ll only be in iOS 13.

Here is a list of some of the hearts, the names of the hearts, and when these emoji were added to Unicode.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the following, you can find links to which emoji were added into which iOS release.

An iPhone 6 Plus is too old to run current iOS software, so you’ll have to find your desired images from other sources.

The oldest iPhones that can run the current iOS 13 are iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, and iPhone SE first generation.
