So..I accidently not unknowing make purchased appld arcade but I cancelled it right away I knew and i haven't used any. I sent a report to apple asking for refunds? It said to wait for 48 hours..now I checked my subscription back and it says refunded. But i still don't get my money back? so..please explain me why?
Usually apple refunds amount on case-by-case basis. As you said, you had replied for a refund and you got a confirmation also that it has been refunded from Apple's end... but it takes few days for the amount to get credited to your card account (debit or credit) from the bank's end. You can check your card account in 4-5 days and see if it has been credited or not and accordingly contact apple again or maybe your bank with the confirmation email.
