iPhone Activation Lock Help

Hi, I bought a 2nd-hand iPhone 5 online, when it was delivered to me I can log in my Apple ID both Settings and AppStore, when I Factory Reset the phone, it was on Activation Lock, it needs the previous owner's Apple ID, I know the previous owner's full Apple ID but I don't know his password and I can't contact him/her anymore, can I get help from Apple to remove the Activation Lock on iPhone? the iCloud used by previous owner is iCloud Locked status and the phone's blacklist status is clean, also when I login my iCloud on the icloud.com it shows that the iPhone 5 is linked to my Apple ID... thank you

iPhone 5, iOS 10

See Turn off Activation Lock https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441

Since you acquired your device second hand form an individual, and if you can contact the prior owner, you will need to obtain the needed password from them or have them sign out of iCloud; erase the device; and remove it from their device list. Alternatively, if the prior owner has their purchase receipt for the device from an authorized Apple seller with the device’s serial number on it, then they may be able to persuade Apple support to remove the activation lock. Use the support options below. Alternatively, if an Apple Store is open in your area, they can go there to deal with the problem. In this case, they can make a genius-bar appointment (https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/) if desired.

If none of the above work, then the device is useless to you.

Purchased Online?

Seems like a Scam. Contact the Web site (i.e. eBay) and see if the seller can be help accountable, and if you can get your money back.

the seller's T&Cs says the phone can be refunded after 7 days of product received but its already 7 days that the seller doesnt respond to me so I can't process refund/return... on my iCloud account the iPhone is listed on "My Devices" but the iPhone shows Activation Lock the Credentials needed for it to login is x*****@1*****.com and its password, the Apple ID is xinxin2972@126.com ( I know the Apple ID because before I login my iCloud to the phone a pop-up showed says that it needs verification for xinxin2972@126.com), I tried emailing the Email ( xinxin2972@126.com ) to help me about the iCloud but still no reply...

I purchased it through 3rd party website but the seller has its own T&Cs about ordering and receiving the product, if I open mail.126.com it was in Chinese language so I can't understand it... can Apple help me to remove the iCloud in the phone? I know the Apple ID but I don't know the password, the original owner seems to be can't be contacted through his/her email...

I'd Go Through the Third-Party:

Whomever the Third-Party is, well, contact them. The transaction went through the Third-Party, so I'd take it up with the Third-Party, as they (the Third-Party) would have their own Terms & Conditions, for transactions.

And... No. Apple Cannot help you with logging into this. You need to take this up with the seller.
