Iphone disabled connect to itunes

I was able to connect my iphone to itunes and clicked on update. It seems like it finished updating and now the message on the screen "iphone disabled connect to itunes" is gone and I have "iphone disabled try again in 1 hour" . How many tries do I have after this and I just had the apple account password reset, should I use that password? or should I use the old password I have before my phone got locked in the first place?

I can't distinguish which is which because my apple account password before was just the same as my screen lock password.

And now, i had my apple account password reset ~ in my understanding the screen lock (which has the old password) and my apple account ID password (which I just had reset) are two complete different things.

(I'm kind of a bit confused maybe because I'm nervous that I'll get myself disable connect to itunes error again)
