hello! i have a iphone 8+ and two days ago i deleted most of my mails, but yesterday i remembered that one of the deleted mail is very important and i tried to restord it from the thrash but i deleted it from there. so i wondering how i can restored it from there i really need it.

No way to do it, sorry, since that email message was deleted also from your email provider server (unless youe email provider keep deleted messages for some time. Ask them).
The only solution is to ask your correspondent(s) to send that e-mail message back to you.
