My apple watch is lost/stolen and battery is dead. I need help to locate it.

If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
but if it's off then the only way to find it is manually looking for it
you should report it lost / stolen to your local law enforcement and your insurance company
and if it's a cellular model you should contact your carrier.
