Able to boot into internet recovery.
two more weird issues:
Current status, up and running 4 hours, everything’s normal. But when try to update or install macOS to external ssd, it will restart unexpectedly
It looks like a hardware fault. Do you have any external devices attached? If so, disconnect them and test.
If not or if the panics continue, take it to an Apple Store or Authorized Repair center for evaluation.
I can't explain any of that based on the panic log short of there might be some hardware problem.
2. That may be a kernel panic where you are not seeing the report. Sometimes it cannot write the panic log, so when it restarts, it doesn't know that it had panicked.
I removed SSD and also the additional RAM that installed.
But still my iMac will restart suddenly with this kernel panic log
It's probably a hardware problem.
You can try resetting NVRAM and erasing and reinstalling the OS. If you don't have a backup, make one before erasing and reinstalling.
I am actually installing macOS on the external SSD, could it be the issue?
It could be the SSD. Disconnect it and see what happens.
Reset NVRAM as per suggested.
Then, I press cmd+R to enter the recovery mode, but failed to enter, and it shows the apple loading logo instead, but after seconds, it restart unexpectedly again.
Sounds like a hardware problem.
See if you can boot into Internet Recovery using cmd-opt-R. That will boot from Apple's servers instead of your drive.
its an APPLE issue and the chip they are fighting "Error code: 0x0000000000000000\n"@/AppleInternal/BuildRoot/Library/Caches/com.apple.xbs/Sources/xnu/xnu-6153.121.2/osfmk/i386/trap_native.c:168
