I stopped receiving flash SMS after each phone call as usual after upgrading to iOS 13.5.1
How can I regain such massages?

I contacted Vodafone company and they told me that flash SMS is active. In fact I put SIM card in an android phone and it was functioning
Then Vodafone has not updated their APN for the new version of iOS.
