Pair with Apple watch sr 4

I updated my apple watch to os7. So, I cannot pair with my iPhone right now. How can i downgrade my watch.??? Help me, please!!!!!!!!

You can't downgrade,you'll have to wait for watchOS7 to be released to the general public.
