phone app does not show on iPadAir
I had a phone app on my old iPad but do not see it on my new iPadAir.

I'll be offline for a while, but please take a screenshot of this phone symbol you're referring to and post it. iPad is not a cell phone (even if it is a cellular iPad). It does not have a cellular radio. By itself, it cannot make and receive phone calls. It can however, with a companion iPhone use Continuity Services to make and receive phone calls. There is no phone app for iPad? What exactly did you do with this phone app you believe you had?
The phone symbol on my old iPad still works. There is no green phone app symbol on my new one.
