phone app does not show on iPadAir
I had a phone app on my old iPad but do not see it on my new iPadAir.

I'll be offline for a while, but please take a screenshot of this phone symbol you're referring to and post it. iPad is not a cell phone (even if it is a cellular iPad). It does not have a cellular radio. By itself, it cannot make and receive phone calls. It can however, with a companion iPhone use Continuity Services to make and receive phone calls.
