My iphone does not work, i went to sprint, they gave me a sim, which does not work, they told me contact apple but as my phone wont work, i'm hoping i can contact you through this please. for some reason it is not accepting my apple id either.
I am a sprint customer, my iPhone 11 stopped working. They sent me out a new sim and it will wouldn't work so went to the sprint store, they couldn't figure it out and told me to contact Apple as I still have insurance with Apple and will more than likely need a new phone. I would prefer not to go to an apple store as I'm afraid of the corona virus so if I could get a phone sent out, I would really appreciate it.
