It currently is running High Sierra Version 10.13.6 (17G13035)

Apple no longer provides the Base version, or I should maybe say the Base version is the current highest version, which will be 10.13.6, not the 10.13.6 Combo Update.

How do I find Mac OS High Sierra 10.13 to upgrade from Sierra 10.12.6? It is not available on the App Store...only the upgraded versions but I need the base version of 10.13 to start.
