The iPhone is stuck in the Apple Logo

I made a factory reset on the iPhone (it’s an iPhone 7) And the factory reset repeated automatically 2 times I think, but after the factory reset finished I turned on the iPhone and the Apple Logo appeared like always, but then it started like a loop, the iPhone turned on and off, but never showed the lock screen, I put the iPhone in recovery mode, the plugged it to my computer on iTunes and an “app” called Tenorshare ReiBoot, there was an option to get the iPhone off the recovery mode, I clicked that option, but the loop continued... what should I do? What and how do I to get to the lock screen and use my iPhone normally? Please help!! And I’m sorry about my English...
