Disabled Apple ID Issue

My Apple ID got disabled 2 months back when I was playing a game and tried to do in-app purchases. I wasn’t aware it’s charging me for it but unfortunately after that my card got charged and my Apple ID got disabled . Kindly help me with the solution

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
