Hello. I try to buy my son a game and from apple store tells me that my purchase can’t be completed and have to look support from apple. com. Through the Covid 2019 situation they service are limited and I cannot contact them. The telephone is iPhone SE 2017. Can you help me, please? Thank you

What is the exact error message that you get? Does it say to contact iTunes support for purchase issues?
