Refund on subscription

Hey ,

i bought a trial period on PicsArt app it after it ended they deducted a amount of annual subscription which i don't even use for 10 days , it is been a month and i want to refund for the while year subscription . But the report a problem page is not showing the app !! Pls help me get a refund on the app
