Hi nikos954,

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We see that you're trying to use an iRig 2 with your Mac but it isn't recognized when you connect it with the Mac. We know it's important to be able to use accessories with your Mac; we'd like to help. We'd recommend verifying you're using these steps first:

"Set up an audio device on your Mac

    1. If necessary, install any software included with the devices (such as software drivers). Plug-and-play audio devices don’t need a software driver to work with a Mac.
    2. Connect your audio device to your Mac.
    3. Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, then click Sound.
    4. Choose the Input tab and select your audio interface or the audio line “In.”

Set up an audio device on your Mac or stream music from your Mac

We'd also suggest taking a look here for some additional details: Change the sound input settings on Mac

Should you continue to have trouble, reach out to IK Multimedia for additional assistance with the iRig 2: IK Multimedia. Musicians First

Best Regards.
