Account disabled

My account has been disabled for App Store and itunes. What can I do to fix this?

iPhone XS, iOS 13

See 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Insteadcontact Apple Support for help.”

 

Try using the Apple recommended support link above first. But, note that these messages currently are seen frequent when trying to access this site. "Apple support options are currently limited. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re sorry, there are no solutions available at the moment. Please try again later."
