Accidental events are NOT covered by warranty, unless you subscribed to AppleCare Plus.

You can make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider and have your iPad inspected/repaired, or you can start a repair request using this link:--> Apple Repair and Repair Status Check - Official Apple Support
