My iMessage says error connecting

My iMessage and FaceTime are bringing an error message when connecting. I have tried to restart my iPhone And other suggestions but to no avail

Follow ALL the steps provided here:--> If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support
