I have purchased Bridge Baron Gold to play on my iPhone. Does this mean my partner and I can play on our iPads as well? If so, how do I go about installing it?

Yes, you can download the app on any iOS device you have which uses the same Apple ID. If your partner has their own Apple ID, you can set up Family sharing to share the app to those in your family share plan.
