Can the organizer have more than 1 family share account

Not possible. A single AppleID can only be the organizer of one family share. And the number of members in a family share cannot be more than 6. There is no way to have more than 6 people as part of any one family share. That is simply the way family sharing currently works.

It tells the person I’m inviting that they can only be in one family at a time but they are only a family because the other person is a minor. Do I really have to invite them both separately or can her person be Connected to hers different and her be on mine ?

The only way to add more family members is to have people share an Apple ID that is already part of the family.

I can’t add my friend to my family sharing and I’m not sure why ?
