I want to purchase macbook air under student educational program so do i need to pickup the product of i can get it delivered at my place?

You can order it online from the Education Store. Go to the bottom on the Online Store's page where you will find the link to the Education Store. You can also purchase it from a local Apple vendor. You must be enrolled in a college or university that is on Apple's list of approved institutions.
