13.5.1 eliminated type change/color option box- how do i voice a complaint

I just downloaded 13.5.1 on my IPad- Can I go back to my previous one? How?

or...how can I voice a complaint to Apple about the elimination of the type change/color option box When using email? That was a great, easy to use new feature In the previous OS.

Restore old appearance of safari post IOS 15.1 update I gave just updated to iOS 15.1 on my iPhone and the safari display is now horrible. Instead of the usual “files” layout of the pages there are “cards” which are harder to scroll though, harder to find older pages and harder to see with poorer eyesight. Is there any way to revert back to the ”file” appearance? Can we ask Apple to put in something that allows us to revert to the original way which is one of the things I like so much on the iPhone and iPad over Android. Are there others who agree? Thanks
