Too expensive -- you would need to replace the entire display assembly, up to US$800.

Instead, just get an aftermarket USB webcam and add it on. Many Logitech and other brands work with the Mac without Drivers needed.

I agree with Grant's advice, though if you insist replace original camera, you'd better contact Apple support or phone to Apple Authorized Service Provider to ask about the cost of replacement camera.
