I just bought Apple Watch series 3. My phone is IPhone 6 Plus. I can’t pair them because my phone cannot upgrade to the latest software. I still have iOS 12.4.7
Can I update my phone to iOS 13? Thank you.

no you cannot, your phone has the newest iOS version available. You need at least a 6s to get the latest iOS 13
