Gift Card Balance

I am trying to use the gift card balance feature in iTunes and it is telling me I have an invalid PIN. The card was purchased some time ago and never used. How can I learn what the balance is?

View your Apple ID balance - Apple Support

If you are having triable redeeming a gift card, see here:

If you can't redeem your App Store & iTunes Gift Card, Apple Music Gift Card, or content code - Apple Support
