i forgot my password for my 5 apple phone. after several attempts it told me to contact iTunes? what must i do??

i forgot my password for my phone now I'm locked out> how do I unlock the phone?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
