I am trying to get in touch with Apple Support through iMessage on getsupport.apple.com. However, because of Screen Time restrictions, I cannot contact anyone unless their information is in my contacts list. It doesn’t tell me what on earth the information for iMessage with Apple Support is, and I can’t send them anything in iMessage. Please help!

This is a user forum. You can contact Apple directly by clicking on Contact Support at upper right corner of any forum page.
What I mean is I can’t contact Apple Support because I don’t know the iMessage contact information to put in my contacts list and I don’t have any other way to do it. Does anyone know the contact information? If you do, it would be very helpful if you would tell me!
