Wifi 6

Hi,

I read from Internet forums that iPhone 11 Pro Max supports Wifi6. I have recently bought an ASUS RT-AX58U that supports WIFI6. I have also configured my router to enable WIFI6 mode.

I understand that when we are connected to WIFI 6, there should be a numerical digit '6' on the WIFI icon to indicate that we are on WIFI 6 connection. However, I don't see such numbers at all.

Please enlighten me on this matter.

Thank you

iPhone 11 Pro Max

If there is no separate icon like on Android products with the 6 on the edge of WiFi icon and no indication of dual frequencies checked Or available to check in WiFi settings how does one actually know that it’s working or a real feature?
