iTunes doesn't download to MacBook Air

I am downloading lates version of iTunes (12.8) from Apple web-site but there is error that says "This update requires macOS 10.13.99 or earlier).

But now i have 10.15.5 version of Catalina. And when i download old verion of iTunes it says that i need to use new version. What's the problem?!

Not in Catalina. iTunes was split into 3 apps in Catalina; Music, Podcasts and TV.

So now i can't use iTunes at all ?!

OK... but the main problem is that i have iPhone error with wrong password.

The error on the phone says "iPhone is disabled. Connect to iTunes".

How can i solve this problem? Thank you!
