Interesting. Identical panics. Even the same traceback addresses (well address space randomization changed the page address, but the byte offset within the page is identical in both panics).

You do not have any 3rd party kernel extensions.

WacomTouchDriver is the process in each case. Were you using your Wacom tablet at the time the panic happened?

I'm assuming the Wacom tablet is USB connectioned (or other wired connection). Since there are no 3rd party drivers, I'm leaning towards some UBS bus interaction that caused this problem.

But it is only a slight lean, as it is also possible that the WacomTouchDriver (which is a user space program and should never be able to panic the system) has found a way to tickle some bug in the macOS kernel that has been undiscovered.

I'm sorry, I cannot give you a solid answer and solution.

Please post the entire kernel panic report

Look for the Kernel Panic reports at:

Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder -> /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

<http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200553>

The panic report should have ".panic" in the file name.

You can put the panic report in an "Additional Text" box when you Reply

If, AND ONLY IF, you have difficulty posting via "Additional Text"

then try posting to PasteBin.com, and give us a PasteBin URL link.

<http://pastebin.com/>

If there is more than 1 .panic report, please post a few, as the differences between them may provide clues. Even if they are all the same, that is a clue.

How frequently do you get these restart/panic error?

Please see If your Mac restarted because of a problem - Apple Support.

Hope this helps.
