My iPhone 6 network is blocked,

I have separated with my Girlfriend so i think she called iphone to close my network.

Please help me

What do you mean that your network is blocked? What error message do you get? Can you send and receive calls? Did you talk to your carrier about this?

It says 'No service' since Saturday evening
