My watch will not turn on

My watch will not turn on at all. It was charging last night and now I can’t even force restart it. The screen remains black

I’ve done all those steps. Yesterday I was getting the red/green charge with a cord sign and the watch was very hot while on the charger. I left it alone for the past day and today put it back on the charger and the screen is a blank gray, still unable to restart it.
