Computer keeps crashing ever since I updated computer to Catalina, any solution?

My macbook pro has begun crashing every other day or so since updating my OS. It usually happens when I am looking up things and opening up more tabs on chrome or safari. But, I'm not opening up an abnormal amount of tabs it's the normal usage I've had before I updated my mac.

I keep getting this message after my computer reboots from crashing:

If that entry is always present in the KP report it implicates Adobe as the cause.
