My AirPods say different battery level when ever I take one out and then the charge level change completely and say the case is dead or that one of the other is charged
How can I fix this ?

Short of doing a reset on your AirPods, it is possible that your AirPods and/or case are defective and you will need to contact Apple. A similar thing happened to my wife and they swapped out one of her AirPods and that fixed the issue.
