You cannot. The Apple TV 4K, can only be connected to one TV at a time, using an HDMI cable.
It has no option for Wifi connections to TVs.
Wifi is used for internet access, and to mirror iOS devices (iPads, iPhones, iPod touches) to the Tv it is connected to.
