Watch not responding to touch

My watch is only showing one message I received. It’s not responding to touch, nor it is responding to the side buttons.

i’m not sure what to try next.

Try the steps listed in: How to restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If the "Restart" works, there will be no need to use the "Force Restart."
