Dis-Associate old iPad
Trying to download cloud backup to my wife's iPhone. An old iPad is associated with her account and I'm being asked the password for that before I can get to the iCloud backup. What can I do?

You are being asked for the password of an Apple ID. An Apple ID is associated with a person, not a device. Hopefully each and every individual person has their own, unique Apple ID.
