My account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. What do I do?

I understand that lately the message "We’re sorry, there are no solutions available at the moment. Please try again later." is quit common, but I also some times get a response of a wait time of 2 minutes or less. Unfortunately, there isn't a solution to the disabled in iTunes and App Store message without contacting Apple Support.

How do you know this, have you had an email? Scammers send these emails supposedly from Apple to get you to go to a site that looks like iTunes etc and put in your details. be careful, if this isn't the case then ask for more help.
I tried. It says resources are limited and try again later. I cannot download anything bc my account is disabled. So frustrating.
No. I tried to download an app from the App Store and it says my account is disabled.
In the iTunes window at the bottom you can look at your account under 'Manage' and get iTunes support from there. have you tried this?
